The Adult Faith Formation program is called the OCIA, an acronym for the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. Hundreds of people join the Catholic Church annually in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Since becoming Catholic requires a commitment to God, the Church, and a worshipping community, the person must undergo a process of preparation and discernment.
If you or anyone you know is interested in faith formation, and would like to know more please contact Cindy Powers, Our Family Faith Formation coordinator, at (586) 777-9116 ext. #3 or email [email protected].
